A device is deemed non-functional when:
- It fails to turn on.
- It has a non-responsive touch pad.
- The Touch ID fingerprint /Face ID reader does not work (if applicable).
- The camera application fails to launch.
- It fails to connect to Wi-Fi.
Please note: A broken device should not be confused with a non-functional one. For example, a cracked phone that turns on and functions as intended is considered broken but fully functional.
