Before you ship us your device, go through this quick checklist.


❑ Deactivate your iCloud Account

If you use iOS 10.3 or later

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name]

  2. Scroll down and tap “Sign Out”

  3. Enter your Apple ID password and tap “Turn Off”

If you use iOS 10.2 earlier

  1. Go to Settings > iCloud

  2. Scroll down and tap “Sign Out”

  3. Enter your Apple ID password and tap “Turn Off

❑ Remove the SIM card from your device(s).

❑ Remove any accessories such as cases and screen protectors.

❑ Be sure to back up all your data.

❑ Erase your device(s)

  1. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
